Terms of Use, License and Copyright Information

The original purchase of our patterns and files combined with a copyright
stipulation gives you the purchaser permission to use our patterns and files to
create a finished item which can be sold as long as you follow our
terms of use, License Agreement and Copyright information listed below.

You may use our patterns to create a finished product and offer
that finished product for sale limited to the amount that you can
personally hand craft.

If you plan to use our patterns and offer the finished item for sale, or
post the finished item on a website or blog so others can view it then
please be aware that we do require a copyright stipulation be added
to each of your creations!

The copyright stipulation is as follows:
“the pattern used to create this “bear” is protected by
copyright and used with permission”
(change bear to cat, dog, bunny etc.)

By having you add our copyright stipulation it is not our intent or
purpose to profit from your sales.
It is our sole intent to protect our copyrighted patterns and files.

You may not use our patterns, files, images or instructions to create
items to sell to others so others can resell them.
You may not mass produce items for sale using our patterns and files.
You may not sell unfinished items made from our patterns and files (kits).
You may not alter our patterns, files, images or instructions.
You may not print our pictures or graphics, cut them out and offer them for sale.

Our patterns, files, graphics, images or instructions may not be duplicated,
resold, shared, in any form for any reason. This includes posting
them on blogs, the web, or in discussion groups etc.

If you can not agree to our copyright stipulation then please use our
patterns for personal use only.

If you can not agree to our Terms of Use and License Terms then it may be best if you
do not purchase our items.

Licensing Agreement:
You may not share, or resale our Patterns, Files or CD’s.
We retain all rights to our patterns and files. You are purchasing a License agreement
that allows you the original purchaser to use our patterns and files as long as our
Terms of Use and Copyright is followed.
Our patterns and files are intended for you the purchasers only!
